Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are parting with valuable items amidst their marital difficulties.

OnlyStars has learned exclusively that the couple is selling artworks from their $60 million home, which is currently up for sale amid speculation of their impending divorce.

Reports indicate that collectors and potential buyers acquired “art and other items” that were recently put up for sale from Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s residence in early June.

Reps for the duo did not immediately respond to OnlyStars’ requests for comment.

The Grammy nominee, aged 54, and the Oscar winner, aged 51, bought the extensive property last year, only to list it for sale nearly a year later; however, a source alleged they wished to sell the house due to dissatisfaction.

“Ben was never fond of the residence,” an insider disclosed to People recently. “It’s situated too far from his children.”

The star of “Good Will Hunting” has been residing in a rental property close to his three children, Violet (18), Seraphina (15), and Samuel (12), in Brentwood, California. During this time, he completed moving all his possessions out of their shared home in Beverly Hills while his former spouse, the singer known as “Jenny from the Block,” was on a solo trip to Europe.

Following her decision to cancel a tour due to disappointing ticket sales, she traveled to Italy and France. Upon her return to California, Lopez was photographed visiting Affleck’s office, though there were no documented interactions between them. The following day, she appeared visibly tense as she arrived at Paramount Studios for work.
