On Saturday, May 11, the Oscar laureate made her appearance at the New York event in a breathtaking black gown with a deep neckline.

At 33, Lawrence complemented her attire with a black clutch bag as she posed for individual photos on the red carpet, as well as some alongside Orville Peck, who was being recognized at the yearly function.

Before gracing the May 11 event, Lawrence showcased a bespoke Dior Haute Couture outfit at the 2024 Oscars in March.

Her stylish ensemble consisted of a black strapless dress and a shawl adorned with a unique polka-dot pattern.

She complemented this sophisticated attire with a minimalist yet dazzling array of variously shaped Swarovski Created Diamonds adorning her neck and wrist.

A month prior to her Oscars comeback — her last attendance was in 2018 — she graced Dior’s show at Paris Fashion Week. Seated in the front row, she sported a sultry version of the three-piece suit: a snug waistcoat, a structured blazer, and ankle-length trousers, all in a charcoal gray hue.

The actress from “No Hard Feelings” finished off the look with pointed-toe heels, sunglasses, and a Lady Dior bag.

In addition to her recent partnerships with Dior, the star of Hunger Games has openly discussed her experience of aging under public scrutiny. In a dialogue with Kylie Jenner for Interview magazine in November 2023, the actress from Silver Linings Playbook expressed how her relationship with makeup has evolved as she has aged.

She marveled at the transformative power of makeup, saying, “It’s amazing what makeup can achieve. I work with Hung [Vanngo], who overlines the lips, and I refer to him as a plastic surgeon because everyone in recent months, since I’ve been collaborating with him, is convinced that I’ve undergone eye surgery.”
