Dua Lipa Shares Culinary Adventures Ahead of Singapore Concert, Teases Local Delights on Instagram

5th November 2024 – (Singapore) Dua Lipa has taken to Instagram to express her enthusiasm for her upcoming concert in Singapore, scheduled for this evening, The Grammy-winning artist shared vibrant snapshots of her time in the city, capturing moments as she explored the Katong area, including a visit to the Sri Senpaga Vinayagar Temple and enjoying a bowl of laksa with friends at the renowned 328 Katong Laksa.

Her post features a table laden with local delicacies such as chilli crab and zi char dishes, likely sourced from New Ubin Seafood. In her caption, Dua Lipa highlighted her culinary experiences, stating, “So far this tour is powered by sour plum juice, chilli crab, and laksa!” She also invited her followers to suggest other local delights, prompting a flurry of recommendations in the comments, including chicken rice, satay, briyani, pandan cake, and nasi goreng.

The Singapore concert marks the launch of her Radical Optimism Tour, which begins in Asia and will conclude in the United States in October 2025. Initially set for a single performance on November 6, Dua Lipa added an extra date on November 5 due to overwhelming demand.

This concert signifies her return to Singapore since her solo performance at The Star Theatre and her collaboration with Martin Garrix at the Singapore Grand Prix in 2018. The Radical Optimism Tour is her third concert tour and her first stadium tour, promoting her latest album of the same name.
